Sleep is critical for recovery. Many factors can cause poor or irregular sleep patterns, but like nutrition, sleep ideally needs to be a consistent pattern. We can advise methods for optimising your sleep in order to maximise recovery. We can also recommended sleep specialists if required.

HYDRATION

The correct hydration levels are vastly underestimated by the majority of people and conscious effort is required to maintain a good water intake. This varies on specific factors, but a general guide is two to three litres of water a day. Alcohol or caffeine are diuretics and contribute to dehydration, so putting a regular intake plan of water would massively help with a variety of health benefits.
