We aim to make you steady and strong throughout everything you challenge yourself with. Ideal for people to improve everyday flexibility, improve sporting capacity and promotes recovery from exercise. Also a great way to understand what your body can do and what it needs to succeed. MAX BURN
Give it your max! You have to be all in for this class! So what ever your fitness level, it’s time to see what you can give. Prove to only yourself that you have that determined mindset to leave everything you had in this work out! This class is scalable to your level of ability but this will test all levels of your fitness! This is a blend of HIIT / body conditioning/ plyometrics/ durability and power. STRENGTH AND SWEAT
Strength movements sprinkled with dynamic moves that will get you steaming with sweat. This Zoom class will provide challenges that you can try and track your PB’s and also fun team workouts to make things interesting. Don’t be daunted this is for all levels and abilities. The main aim is to challenge yourself! You will see your fitness levels grow with the commitment. The aim of this class is to enhance your chosen sport or activities. HIIT THE PARK
These classes will focus on total body conditioning using isometric, plyometric, strength and endurance exercises, with a blend of proven military style training. ‘HIIT the Park’ is conducted from the South Norwood Country Park and welcomes all fitness levels; whatever your fitness goals, we will take you every step of the way, improving your strength, stamina, and recovery to exercise.

WHAT IS HIIT?
High Intensity Interval Training is a form of anaerobic cardiovascular exercise. HIIT consists of a work/rest ratio - short, vigorous bursts of energy working at 80% - 100% of your maximum heart rate (1 - 10 RPE - Rate of Perceived Exertion is another scale that can be used) followed by a recovery period, and repeat. HIIT is one of the most popular fitness trends in the world, partly due to its efficient time frame, but also because it uniquely metabolises fat stores as energy and continues to burn calories for hours after the workout due to the metabolism remaining elevated whilst the body recovers.
