SCREENING & ASSESSMENT

We conduct a thorough investigation of where you’re currently at to determine the methods you’ll need to succeed on your fitness journey with us at RPT. Screening and assessment includes the following:

  • Fitness history / exercise age

  • History of injuries / limitations

  • Movement patterns / capabilities

  • Balance control

  • Strength capabilities

  • Current exercise regime 

  • Lifestyle habits / obstacles

  • Sleep patterns

  • Stress levels

  • Nutritional habits/ triggers

Once we have assessed all areas we can plan the safest and most affective methods into helping you achieve your goals.

BESPOKE PROGRAMMES

Depending on your focused goals, we can design specifically tailored programs to achieve results. Programmes will be agreed between yourself and our trainers to ensure we’re all on the same page. Programmes can be adapted or tweaked as required, but the main focus of any training programme is consistency! Habitual training will help you reach your goals sooner and we’ll be with you every step of the way.

We will mentor you on your journey, offering a wide-range of holistic advice on how to achieve your goals whist staying injury-free and motivated. We encourage family and friends to be teammates on your journey – they have a monumental effect on the progress you can make.
